GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and support one of our US-based clients. In this role, you’ll help execute and monitor paid media campaigns, manage performance reporting, and provide ongoing competitor insights. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in social ad buying who enjoys digging into data and research to support growth marketing goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute and optimize paid ads across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok (within client-provided guidelines)

  • Monitor campaign analytics and make data-informed adjustments with direction from the client

  • Build campaigns and manage admin touchpoints such as UTM setup, code creation, and QA

  • Maintain templated dashboards and reports to track campaign performance

  • Conduct competitor research using tools like Facebook Ads Library

  • Organize and upload insights to reports and trackers based on competitor trends

  • Track and monitor consumer experience across key competitors

  • Support marketing operations with data entry and asset management as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of social media ad buying experience

  • 1–2+ years of experience running Google Paid Ads and Meta Ads

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools (Ignite, etc.)

  • Strong G Suite proficiency (especially Google Sheets/Excel)

  • Prior experience conducting and presenting competitor research

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized

  • Comfortable working independently with ongoing client oversight

Nice to Have:

  • Google or Meta Ads Certifications

  • 1+ years of TikTok ad experience

  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio (or similar tools)

  • Experience with project management tools like Airtable, Notion, or Asana

  • Background in health or beauty industries

Grow Into:

  • Provide performance insights and trend analysis (client will train)

  • Run A/B tests and track results

  • Share optimization recommendations and best practices for paid channels

SALARY : 55,000 - 75,000 / month
