We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Development & Analytics Associate to join our growth team. In this role, you’ll help the team research prospects, manage outreach, and generate insights that support our pilot programs. You’ll work closely with AI tools, CRMs, and internal systems to create accurate reports, manage leads, and support US-based sales efforts.

Salary Range: up to 70,000 per month / ($7/ hr)
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

  • Research target health systems and payer/provider organizations using web sources, internal systems, and other structured data.
  • Pull, organize, and verify data before feeding it into AI tools like NotebookLM or ChatGPT.
  • Generate reports and presentations from AI outputs, and review them for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage outbound outreach: track leads, send messages, follow-ups, and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain daily activity logs and update CRM records with leads, responses, and deal info.
  • QA all reports and messages to ensure high quality before sharing internally or externally.
  • Flag gaps, blockers, or recurring questions to the Head of Operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes, prompts, and reports based on feedback.
The Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in lead research, sales outreach, or CRM management (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to QA data, reports, and messages.
  • Comfortable following structured SOPs and performing tasks at volume consistently.
  • Ability to use AI tools (NotebookLM, ChatGPT, or similar) and apply basic prompt engineering.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tools and systems at once (CRM + AI tools + internal platforms).
  • Willingness to work US business hours (EST or PST).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or data-driven platforms.
  • ​​​​​​​Familiarity with AI-generated research, reports, or market intelligence.
  • ​​​​​​​Experience with sales and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • ​​​​​​​Experience with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail).
Grow Into:
  • Take ownership of outbound follow-up sequences and lead engagement once workflows are finalized.
  • ​​​​​​​Become the go-to person for QA of AI-generated reports.
  • ​​​​​​​Support iteration of outreach messaging based on real prospect feedback.
  • ​​​​​​​Expand into light Sales Ops tasks, CRM management, or lead generation as the pilot grows.
  • ​​​​​​​Develop expertise in structured data workflows and analytics.
  • ​​​​​​​Potential to lead QA efforts for reports as volume and complexity increase.
