E-commerce Google Ads Specialist
GrowthAssistant is looking for a E-commerce Google Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team.
This teammate will be launching and optimizing Google ad campaigns across various formats while conducting A/B testing to identify successful strategies that drive business results. Provide proactive recommendations, create detailed performance reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ad effectiveness and integrate SEO best practices.

Salary Range: PHP 75,000 - 95,000 per month

The Role
- Launch new Google ad campaigns from scratch; A/B testing of ads and ad sets to determine what is and is not successful to drive business results
- Independently optimize Google campaigns based on data trends from ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.
- Run & optimize Google ad campaigns for: (Choose: Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, Video, others)
- Proactively recommend new best practices to the client on recommended optimizations
- Monitor, export, track, and identify common Google ads challenges, and proactively report on what is and is not working with the client
- Build Excel or Google Sheets reports utilizing advanced formulas, functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the client
- Drive the testing of new ad copy and assets based on new products or services
- Assist with the development of new ad channels as needed
- Utilize research and SEO best practices to optimize keywords across platforms
- Collect ads content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams
- Utilize instant messaging, video-calls, email, and project management software to communicate proactively and consistently with client
- Short-form copywriting for Paid Search ads utilizing SEO keywords and optimized terms
Requirements
- 2+ years of Google Ads experience across platforms like Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Video.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate and interpret key paid media KPIs, including ROAS, CTR, and CPM.
- Proficient in creating custom reports in Excel or Google Sheets to track paid media trends over time and across campaigns.
- Expertise in analyzing Google Ads data to provide proactive recommendations for campaign adjustments and optimizations.
- Fluent in English communication and experienced in collaborating with U.S.-based clients, with skills in copywriting for Google Ads campaigns.
