Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a strategic, hands-on Paid Media Strategist to manage, optimize, and scale high-performing digital campaigns across Meta and Google (with exposure to TikTok, Amazon, and more).

💼 What You’ll Own
🎯 Strategic Campaign Planning
Develop and refine paid media strategies primarily across Meta and Google
Align campaign plans with client goals, revenue targets, and growth objectives
Identify scaling opportunities and performance levers
⚙️ Campaign Execution & QA
Build, launch, and manage campaigns with precision
Ensure proper audience targeting, creative implementation, tracking, and platform QA
Manage Google Merchant Center feeds (if applicable)
📊 Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track KPIs daily and proactively optimize toward CPA, ROAS, and revenue goals
Develop consistent performance reports with actionable insights
Ensure tracking integrity using:
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Platform pixels & APIs (including Meta CAPI)
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with strategy, creative, and account teams
Contribute performance insights to inform creative testing and iteration
Stay ahead of platform changes and emerging trends
💰 Budget & Forecast Management
Monitor pacing and ensure efficient spend allocation
Forecast performance and adjust budgets strategically
✅ What We’re Looking For
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on paid media experience (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Current Google Ads Certification (must maintain certification)
Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of attribution and optimization
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred:
Experience in a digital agency environment
Google Merchant Center setup & management experience
Background in direct-response, eCommerce, or acquisition marketing
Familiarity with structured creative testing frameworks
