🌟 The Role
As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing, optimizing, and scaling paid social and search campaigns across multiple DTC brands. You’ll work closely with Growth Managers and creative teams to drive measurable results while ensuring flawless execution across all accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- 🎯 Execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta (primary) and Google Ads (secondary) for multiple DTC brands. 
- 🧩 Build and launch ad campaigns from scratch, conduct A/B tests to identify winning audiences, creatives, and placements. 
- 📊 Analyze campaign performance using KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CAC to guide daily optimizations. 
- 🧠 Support senior growth leads by managing campaign execution, trafficking, and QA — freeing them to focus on strategy. 
- 💬 Communicate proactively with brand and portfolio teams through Slack, Notion, and video calls. 
- 📈 Pull reports and insights from ad platforms, BI dashboards (Sigma, Looker, etc.), and Google Sheets to surface trends and opportunities. 
- 🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with each brand’s goals. 
- 🔍 QA campaign performance across brands and flag optimization needs for the senior team. 
- 📅 Participate in weekly growth syncs to review performance and share learnings across the portfolio. 
✅ What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a hands-on, analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves diving deep into performance data.
Must-Haves:
- 2–3 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (launching, optimizing, scaling). 
- 1+ year of Google Ads experience (feed-driven formats like Shopping & PMax preferred). 
- Strong understanding of key metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CAC. 
- Experience managing multiple DTC brands simultaneously (agency or portfolio model). 
- Proficiency with Shopify, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets. 
- Familiarity with BI dashboards (Sigma Computing, Looker, or similar). 
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 
- Proven success supporting U.S.-based marketing teams remotely. 
- Ability to work U.S. business hours. 
💡 Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Pinterest, Amazon, or affiliate marketing channels. 
- Basic understanding of influencer or UGC content workflows. 
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative optimization or reporting. 
- Genuine interest in long-term growth and multi-brand collaboration.

💰 Compensation
₱70,000 – ₱95,000/month, depending on experience
