Data Analyst - E - commerce

Core tasks:

  • Maintain client dashboards and ensure all models are accurate
  • Make daily + weekly dashboard updates using Shopify reports and other tools
  • Support in implementing improvements to our client dashboards and forecasting models
  • Keep and manage backups of all models
  • Build out dashboards for new clients and support with onboarding
  • Extract insights from the dashboards for each client + prepare daily and weekly reports
  • Improve our daily and weekly reporting structure for clients
  • Run custom reports and support with specific client analysis requests (eg. LTV, unit economics, etc)
  • Participate in weekly marketing calls, take notes, and send follow-up action items to clients
  • Oversee our internal Notion board
  • Validate and troubleshoot existing reports for data/logic accuracy
  • Support clients on specific tasks and projects as needed
  • Perform other ad-hoc data analysis tasks as needed



  • 4+ years of experience in complex data analysis
  • Basic experience with/ Shopify is a must-have (intermediate or better preferred)
  • Experience with using Notion
  • Intermediate-advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards from scratch
  • Great English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work EST (6 AM - 3 PM)​​​​​​​



  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing with strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Experience with Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale, and other marketing platforms is nice to have
  • Well-versed with Shopify reports, GA4, Triple Whale, and other data-based platforms 
  • Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms​​​​​​​
