GrowthAssistant is seeking a skilled and motivated  Project Coordinator who will manage ad schedule and execution for newsletters and podcasts, ensuring timely content delivery and correct placement. This role will also oversee content production, track advertising assets, coordinate social media scheduling, and collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.

Salary: Up to Php 70,000 depending on experience

Core Tasks:

  • Manage the scheduling and execution of ads for four weekly newsletters and four podcasts, ensuring ads are placed correctly and content goes out on time.
  • Coordinate podcast content production from scheduling of guests, coordinating AV work, and uploading final video files to multiple locations
  • Collect advertising assets from clients, ensuring they are received in advance and meet required specifications.
  • Oversee social media content scheduling, ensuring video promotions and other content are published on YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms as per contract terms.
  • Maintain tracking systems to monitor ad placements, content deadlines, and outstanding assets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including co-founders and the CMO, to ensure alignment on deadlines and deliverables.
  • Use project management tools and workflows to keep tasks organized and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Attend weekly meetings with co-founders.
  • Communicate via Slack. 
  • Growth-into: optimize processes/SOPs
  • Client identify should remain hidden (candidate must know this)
  • Email communication and follow-ups with clients of Marketecture. 

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or ad trafficking roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Google Sheets
  • Experience working with ad servers (e.g., Megaphone) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with email marketing workflows and content scheduling processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest process improvements.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working in B2B media, ad tech, or marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Close.com, Hubspot, Salesforce.
  • Experience managing or organizing digital assets for media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Slack and G-Suite. 
  • Experience with Canva.
