GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Klaviyo Email Marketing Coordinator. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring campaign performance meets business objectives. This role requires collaboration with various teams to create, test, and report on email marketing efforts for ecommerce brands.

The schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Core Tasks:

Set up and execute email drip campaigns, with copy and creative provided by others
Modify existing email templates and designs by pulling and iterating on current copy and creative
Produce templated reports on campaign performance
Test and validate campaign content before sending
Maintain a clean contact list and manage email automation workflows
Conduct A/B tests on various email elements to improve campaign performance
Collaborate with managers to build campaign strategies and target audience segments

Must-Have:

2+ years of experience with Klaviyo
Basic understanding of email/SMS marketing metrics (OR, CTR, CVR) and ability to derive actionable insights from data
High attention to detail
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Organized and detail-oriented, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience with end-to-end email marketing for ecommerce brands
Ability to work PST hours
