As an Influencer & Marketing Operations Assistant, you’ll manage creator workflows, track campaigns, support reporting, and keep marketing operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Salary Range: $6 - $7.5 per hour (PHP 60,000 - 75,000 per month)
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

⭐ What You’ll Do
- Handle influencer & affiliate ops: sourcing creators, outreach, negotiations (based on client guidelines), tracking status, product seeding, and collecting UGC.
- Maintain organized campaign trackers (pipelines, deliverables, deadlines, comps, links, discount codes).
- Support reporting: pull daily/weekly data from Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo & Shopify into clean Google Sheet dashboards.
- Assist with Klaviyo email/SMS QA — check links, UTMs, and compile simple reports.
- Help with basic Shopify updates (links, discount codes, product/page edits).
- Keep Trello boards updated and share progress or risks in Slack.
- Document recurring workflows and help create SOPs during onboarding.
- Proactively identify issues in deliverables, shipments, or timelines and flag early.
⭐ What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years experience in influencer operations, creator/affiliate workflows, or campaign logistics.
- Hands-on experience across the influencer lifecycle: prospecting → outreach → seeding → tracking → deliverables → reporting.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel and organized tracking systems.
- Ability to pull marketing data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, or Shopify (even basic level).
- Experience in email QA or reporting (Klaviyo preferred).
- Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solver.
- Comfortable working EST hours
Nice to Have:
- D2C, e-commerce, or pet category experience.
- Basic Canva/visual editing for UGC.
- Familiarity with Shopify Collabs, ReferralCandy, Billo, or similar affiliate tools.
