Digital Marketing Assistant - Generalist

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant - Generalist to join our team in a work-from-home setup. In this role, you will assist with various marketing projects and tasks, providing generalist support across different areas. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project follow-up using project management tools.
• Conduct templated email outreach and respond to inquiries.
• Manage CRM hygiene, including cleaning marketing contacts and removing duplicates.
• Make basic updates to the website as directed.
• Perform simple design edits using Canva or similar tools.
• Create and distribute weekly newsletters.
• Respond to Tier 1 client queries via various communication platforms.
• Provide ad hoc non-work related assistance as needed.
• Explore opportunities for social media engagement and content repurposing.
• Coordinate logistics for profile-building opportunities such as podcasts.
• Provide basic transaction and billing support using platforms like Stripe.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of marketing generalist support experience.
• Basic experience with Webflow or similar web tools.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• 1+ years experience with Notion or similar project management platforms.
• Nice-to-have: Basic experience with SEO and content creation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
