GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. The role will lead the execution of CRM strategies and cross-channel campaigns that activate, onboard, and educate merchants throughout their lifecycle. The Schedule:

  • 9 AM - 6 PM EST 

The Role:

  • Execute CRM strategies to activate, onboard, and educate merchants throughout their lifecycle, based on provided client strategies.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end cross-channel campaigns, including creative review, program buildout, and performance monitoring.
  • Support the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels.
  • Analyze campaign results, create benchmarks, and share performance reports regularly.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams.

The Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working with complex data structures and systems (ETLs, APIs, and event data).
  • 3+ years of QA-specific tasks for CRM.
  • Proficiency with Iterable (or similar tools), Slack, G-Suite, and CRM systems for email, push, in-app, and promo codes.
  • Intermediate proficiency in HTML, SQL, and Google Sheets.

The Compensation:

  • ₱65,000 to ₱85,000/month
