The Schedule:
9 AM - 6 PM EST
The Role:
Execute CRM strategies to activate, onboard, and educate merchants throughout their lifecycle, based on provided client strategies.
Develop and execute end-to-end cross-channel campaigns, including creative review, program buildout, and performance monitoring.
Support the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels.
Analyze campaign results, create benchmarks, and share performance reports regularly.
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams.
The Requirements:
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience working with complex data structures and systems (ETLs, APIs, and event data).
3+ years of QA-specific tasks for CRM.
Proficiency with Iterable (or similar tools), Slack, G-Suite, and CRM systems for email, push, in-app, and promo codes.
Intermediate proficiency in HTML, SQL, and Google Sheets.
