eCommerce Site Merchandiser
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Site Merchandiser to manage and optimize our website content, product merchandising, and site experience. This is a tactical, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring our product pages, campaigns, and promotional content are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
You'll work cross-functionally with creative, growth, product, and medical teams to implement merchandising updates, maintain product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, has a sharp eye for detail, and can manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

What You’ll Do
1. Content & Asset Management
- Upload, organize, and publish product images, copy, and promotional assets within Craft CMS.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date product information across all product detail pages (PDPs), landing pages, and category pages.
- Ensure that asset naming conventions, alt text, and metadata adhere to internal guidelines.
2. Site Experience & Merchandising
- Execute merchandising updates aligned to product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
- Optimize page layouts and visual hierarchy to improve readability, engagement, and conversion.
- QA all site updates to ensure proper rendering across devices and browsers.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with creative, growth, product, and medical teams to receive inputs and ensure accurate representation of RX and non-RX products.
- Implement updates promptly based on briefs, launch calendars, and regulatory reviews.
4. Performance & Optimization
- Monitor PDP performance, funnel drop-offs, and site engagement metrics to recommend optimizations.
- Maintain SKU organization, tagging structures, and product categorization to support search and navigation.
- Support A/B tests and landing page experiments by configuring variant assets in CMS.
5. Governance & Quality Control
- Enforce brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance standards across all onsite content.
- Identify broken links, image issues, copy errors, or UX bugs, and coordinate fixes with the engineering team.
- Regularly audit the site for outdated content and proactively recommend updates.
6. Operational Excellence
- Maintain documentation for workflows, asset specs, version control, and QA checklists.
- Manage deadlines across multiple simultaneous updates with speed and attention to detail.
- Support ad hoc merchandising tasks tied to promotional codes, new services, and pricing updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in eCommerce merchandising, content management, or digital operations.
- Proficiency with content management systems (Craft CMS, Shopify, WordPress, or comparable platforms).
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent QA mindset with an ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and UX issues.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and implementing updates based on briefs and requirements.
- Strong written communication skills for managing documentation and coordinating with teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries (RX/non-RX products).
- Background with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, metadata optimization, and site accessibility standards.
- Experience supporting product launches and promotional campaigns.
