The Advertising Campaign Assistant is responsible for managing multiple email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client strategies. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to edit and optimize email templates while maintaining brand consistency.

The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Must Have:
2–3+ years of Meta ads experience (setup, optimization, reporting)
1+ years of experience with LinkedIn Ads (or ability to learn with training)
Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other paid media KPIs
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and visualizations
Fluent in English with proactive, organized, and U.S. client-facing communication skills
Core Task:
Launch and A/B test Meta ad campaigns from scratch
Analyze data and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CTR, CPM trends
Build and present detailed ad performance reports in Excel/Google Sheets
Collaborate with marketing teams to gather creatives and campaign assets
Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams via Slack, video calls, and project management tools
