The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
Must-Have:
3+ years of experience managing Facebook and TikTok paid social media campaigns (Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat are a plus).
Strong ability to analyze campaign insights and develop strategic recommendations.
Working knowledge of Looker Studio or any analytics platform.
Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Core Tasks:
Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively ($7-10K daily, max $35K/day) to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align paid social strategies with broader business goals.
