The primary function of the Influencer Marketing Associate role is to support clients across our entire portfolio as assigned, with operational and tactical tasks. You will work closely across account teams who service your assigned clients, and who will assign, train, and guide you in your assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years working for an influencer marketing agency and experience executing influencer campaigns
- Solid understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing, must have a good understanding of how YouTube, TikTok and Instagram platforms work
- Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing can work together
- Tools (CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea, etc.) experience preferred, not required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Intermediate Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
Core Tasks:
- INFLUENCER RECRUITMENT – Source new partnership opportunities and create influencer casting lists. Diligently vet opportunities to ensure brand alignment, authenticity, and relevancy prior to presenting to account teams; vet influencer opportunities coming from both outbound and inbound recruitment efforts. Beyond program specific casting, proactively builds new relationships between AP and influences that will serve to support the full scope of AP’s clients.
- INFLUENCER ONBOARDING – Support influencers through program onboarding by developing and providing resources to streamline processes. Take lead on onboarding communications and supporting influencers with troubleshooting. Facilitate program logistics, coordinate product shipments to influencers during onboarding and support ongoing product fulfillment requests.
- REPORTING & DATA ANALYTICS – Support account teams with routine client deliverables by updating data metrics; cadence will vary per client. Pull relevant reporting data across influencer and affiliate tech systems and back them up in centralized client folders where applicable. Support accounts team with ad hoc requests from clients that involve reporting needs as well.
- CONTENT AUDITING – Audit content weekly across all assigned clients to ensure client-specific content requirements are being met, FTC disclaimers are included, affiliate links are incorporated and are functioning properly, and call-to-actions are reflected in the content. Complete content audit trackers for account teams’ review, taking care to flag any key misses noted across content assets.
- PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT - Manages multiple campaigns with solid organizational skills and the ability to focus on and prioritize tasks based on client objectives. Has full grasp of each client’s scope of work, delivering what is due under terms; maintains ability to identify new opportunities to drive client success while conjunctively identifying possible goal misalignments, getting to the root of an issue, and working with their team to bring solutions to resolve.
