Marketing Operations Specialist — B2B Campaign Execution
🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, and campaign operations — paired with a solid understanding of how clean execution and data quality drive global marketing programs.
This role is not for high-level strategists who don’t execute, nor for marketers who only report on data. We’re looking for someone who can own campaigns end-to-end — from building emails, forms, and workflows, to QA, monitoring, and ensuring leads flow correctly across systems.
You’ll work closely with design, copy, events, and growth stakeholders to launch campaigns, maintain clean marketing operations, and continuously improve processes through careful monitoring and proactive issue resolution.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Campaign Execution & MarOps Operations
Build, launch, and manage HubSpot email campaigns, including templates, personalization tokens, lists, workflows, and QA.
Set up and maintain Salesforce campaigns for events, webinars, and lifecycle programs — including member statuses, lead associations, and reporting.
Ensure webinar and event registrations flow correctly using Wistia forms, HubSpot static lists, and Salesforce integration.
Build web forms with proper tracking, routing, and data hygiene.
Monitor active campaigns for issues like broken forms, failed syncs, or routing errors, and proactively resolve them.
📊 Data Management & QA
Validate audience segments in HubSpot to ensure correct targeting before any campaign send.
Maintain lead routing workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce so leads enter the correct nurture flows and SDR queues.
Proactively manage tickets and requests in JIRA, triage tasks, clarify scope, and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements to maintain high-quality campaigns.
🧠 Collaboration & Process Improvement
Coordinate with design, copy, and events teams to gather assets and unblock campaign launches.
Identify recurring campaign issues and patterns, escalating them when necessary.
Take initiative to recommend improvements in audience segmentation, lead routing, or campaign setup over time.
🎯 You’ll Be Great at This Role If You…
Have 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, building emails, workflows, and campaigns.
Are familiar with Salesforce campaigns, lead association, and data validation.
Are comfortable working in a structured ticketing system like JIRA.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have exceptional attention to detail and can catch issues before they affect campaigns.
Can work U.S. Eastern hours.
Are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
💡 Bonus Points
More advanced Salesforce experience (campaigns, workflows, reports).
Experience with Gong Engage, Wistia, or Clay.
Webinar platform experience (registration forms, confirmation flows, attendee management).
Background in B2B or advertiser-facing marketing programs.
Experience running campaigns for global or multi-region audiences.
