GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Salesforce Coordinator to join our team. The role will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing ad campaigns and email marketing efforts within client's proprietary platforms. This individual will be responsible for ensuring high conversion rates and detailed data analysis while handling daily campaign setups and audience building. They will work closely with internal teams to track performance metrics and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

The Schedule:

  • 8 AM - 5 PM PST 

The Role:

  • Set up and monitor 20-30 ad campaigns daily, ensuring accurate audience targeting and conversion tracking.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using client's internal systems.
  • Build and analyze audiences from provided data, using Excel for data manipulation and pivot tables.
  • Track campaign performance using Tableau, reporting on key metrics and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review copy, ensure correct formatting, and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce.

The Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically Xlookup, joining tables, pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience in setting up and managing LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes of data accurately.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for data validation and basic reporting tasks.
