💼 The Role: What You’ll Own

As a Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for building, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll handle execution end-to-end — from setup, testing, and optimization to performance insights and client-ready reports.

Core Responsibilities
✔ Develop, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more
✔ Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
✔ Set up, execute, and evaluate A/B tests for creative, copy, and targeting
✔ Analyze campaign performance and provide insight-driven recommendations
✔ Collaborate with creative teams to request, refine, and ideate high-performing ad assets
✔ Stay current with trends, platform updates, and paid social best practices
✔ Use segmentation and retargeting strategies to boost performance
✔ Generate weekly reports highlighting trends, optimizations, and insights
✔ Communicate recommendations directly with internal stakeholders via Slack
✔ Build client decks as needed
✔ Partner cross-functionally to align paid social strategy with broader marketing objectives
✔ Maintain strong vendor/platform relationships


✅ Must-Have Qualifications

You’re a great fit if you bring:

🔹 4+ years of experience managing Meta paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram is a MUST)
🔹 Experience with TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat ads (nice-to-have but preferred)
🔹 2+ years of organic social management experience
🔹 Ability to speak confidently about insights, strategy, and optimization rationale
🔹 Proficiency with Looker Studio or similar analytics tools
🔹 Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, analysis)
🔹 Excellent written and verbal English communication
🔹 Hands-on experience with Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn


✨ Nice-to-Have Skills

These aren’t required, but they’ll make you stand out:
⭐ Experience creating quick design assets in Canva or similar tools
⭐ Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, and modern collaboration platforms
⭐ Comfort working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
