The Role

Develop, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively (e.g., $7-10K daily, max $35K).
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide optimization insights.
Collaborate with creative teams on ad content (graphics, videos, copy).
Stay updated on industry trends and platform best practices.
Use audience segmentation and retargeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
Generate performance reports and present key metrics.
Align paid social efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Manage relationships with ad platform reps and vendors.
Weekly reporting, optimizations, and Slack updates for review.
Create client decks as requested.
Manage content tracker sheets (asset sourcing, timelines, etc.).
Handle task management in Asana.

The Requirements

4+ years of paid social experience (Facebook, TikTok priority).
2+ years of organic social management.
Strong analytical & strategic thinking.
Proficient in Looker Studio (or similar).
Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills.
Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
Experience with Asana (or similar PM tools).

Nice-to-Have:

Canva (or similar) design skills.
Familiarity with Slack & Gmail.
Paid social experience on Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat.

The Compensation

₱80,000 to ₱85,000/month
