The Role

Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.
Manage daily ad budgets ranging from $7K to $35K, with a focus on driving results and maximizing ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to continuously improve performance.
Monitor campaigns, analyze performance, and provide clear, actionable insights.
Share weekly reports and recommendations in Slack for team review.
Work closely with our creative team to produce compelling ad content.
Align paid social strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and social media trends.
Create client-facing decks and performance reports as needed.
Manage relationships with platform reps and external vendors.

The Requirements

3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with expertise in Facebook and TikTok. (Experience with Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat is a plus!)
1+ year of organic social media management.
Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and speak to strategy.
Comfortable using Looker Studio or other analytics tools.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, and data manipulation).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn ads preferred.
Available to work EST hours.

The Compensation

₱80,000 to ₱90,000/month
