Sr. eCommerce Support Specialist
The Sr. eCommerce Support Specialist supports the end-to-end logistics, procurement, and lifecycle management of devices across U.S. and international markets.
This role sits at the center of hardware fulfillment—owning operational execution for device orders, shipment issue resolution, reporting, and catalog management. You’ll work cross-functionally with logistics partners, distributors, internal data teams, and product leadership to ensure seamless hardware operations at scale.
This is a hands-on, systems-driven role that requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and comfort navigating real-world operational challenges.

PRIMARY FOCUS
1) Device Logistics & Order Support

- Coordinate with logistics partners (primarily UPS) to resolve time-sensitive shipment issues (reroutes, replacements, lost packages)
- Manage device storage, redeployment, and lifecycle tracking, including onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Support international hardware procurement across 130+ countries, including distributor coordination and inventory validation
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues independently, escalating only when necessary
- Create and update process documentation as workflows evolve
2) Reporting & Operational Monitoring
- Compile and submit templated manufacturer reports (Excel-based submissions via partner portals)
- Monitor dashboards in Looker (BI tool) and validate data accuracy
- Coordinate with internal data teams on dashboard refinements and reporting updates
- Share operational summaries with internal stakeholders for visibility into hardware performance

- Maintain operational coordination with vendors and manufacturer partners
- Support weekly and recurring manufacturer reporting (e.g., Apple sales reports with strict deadlines)
- Ensure accurate transaction records and maintain visibility across systems (including Stripe where applicable)
2) Catalog Management & Product Data
- Maintain and update curated hardware catalog (pricing, availability, specs, descriptions, images)
- Enrich product data to support role-based hardware recommendations
- Monitor inventory accuracy and flag discrepancies
- Support merchandising and organization within the internal eCommerce platform
- Assist with new product additions and catalog expansion
3) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner closely with Hardware GM and product support teams
- Coordinate with broader support teams to resolve hardware-related issues holistically
- Communicate proactively via Slack and Google Workspace
What We’re Looking For

- Strong written communication skills in Slack-heavy environments
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in a B2B, SaaS, or IT services environment
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exposure to Stripe or payment transaction platforms
- Experience with hardware procurement or IT equipment lifecycle management
- Familiarity with data enrichment or catalog merchandising best practices
