🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior E-commerce Support Specialist (Logistics and Order Fulfillment) who enjoys solving operational problems and keeping logistics running smoothly.

In this role, you will support global hardware orders, shipping coordination, vendor communication, and operational reporting across a large international procurement operation.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to make sure device orders, shipments, and reports are handled efficiently.

🧩 What You'll Do

📦 Device Logistics & Order Support (Primary Focus)

• Manage day-to-day hardware order support (laptops, monitors, accessories, etc.)

• Coordinate with shipping partners to resolve delivery issues, reroutes, or lost packages

• Track and manage device lifecycle workflows (deployment, storage, redeployment)

• Support international hardware orders across multiple countries

• Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and resolve escalations

• Update and maintain process documentation

📊 Reporting & Operational Monitoring

• Compile and submit vendor and manufacturer reports

• Work with Excel and Google Sheets to validate operational data

• Monitor dashboards and flag inconsistencies

• Coordinate with internal teams to improve reporting processes

🤝 Vendor & Distributor Coordination

• Work with vendors and distributors to confirm inventory availability and pricing

• Coordinate order processing and vendor communications

• Ensure reporting and vendor submissions meet required deadlines

🛒 Catalog & Product Data Management

• Maintain the company’s hardware product catalog

• Update product descriptions, specifications, and pricing

• Monitor product and inventory data accuracy

• Support catalog updates and new product additions

🔗 Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal operations and support teams

• Communicate proactively through Slack and Google Workspace

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation

⭐ What We're Looking For

✔ Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in:

  • E-commerce operations

  • Logistics coordination

  • Hardware / IT operations

  • Technical product operations

• Experience handling order fulfillment and shipping logistics

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills 

• Experience working with vendor portals or operational systems

• Strong written communication

• Ability to work independently and solve problems

👍 Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or IT environments

• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

• Experience with payment platforms (Stripe or similar)

• Experience managing product catalogs or data enrichment

• Familiarity with hardware procurement or device lifecycle management
