We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our specialized team. This role focuses on the full cycle hiring for a variety of technical positions across our client network. You will screen, interview, and endorse high-quality candidates for roles in data analytics, CRM/systems, information technology, and other specialized functions that are deemed unicorn in nature. This position requires strong recruitment fundamentals, experience working with international clients, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

 

Core Tasks:

  • Partner with team manager, sourcers, and other internal team members to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Create a pipeline and post job ads in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and communicate the job posting to partnered sourcer in all job boards or sourcing platforms
  • Ensure proper role alignment with the partnered sourcer in the job requirements 
  • Screen and review resumes and portfolios to assess technical qualifications and job fit 
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate communication skills, tool proficiency, and role matching
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and client teams, ensuring timely scheduling and smooth communication
  • Prepare candidate endorsement and profiles for submission to clients
  • Facilitate job offer discussion with the chosen candidate and update them accordingly on the progress of their application
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Update the status of roles in the project management (PM) tool to ensure that progress is communicated well by the client team
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pool of technical professionals for current and future roles
  • Stay current with recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and hiring technologies
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as JazzHR or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of technical job functions and basic screening criteria
  • Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple requisitions independently in a remote setup
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to meeting hiring demands
  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based or global clients
  • Comfortable to work during U.S. business hours (graveyard shift PH time)
  • Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment agency environment is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: PHP 45,000 – 50,000
  • Performance Bonus
  • Anniversary Bonus:
    • Year 1: PHP 5,000
    • Year 2 to 4: PHP 10,000 annually
