In this role, you’ll manage large-scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns from end to end — optimizing budgets, analyzing performance, and collaborating with creative teams to drive measurable growth. You’ll also get exposure to other paid platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter as you expand your digital expertise.

💼 The Role
As a Meta Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social campaigns while ensuring every dollar spent drives strong ROI. You’ll work closely with growth strategists and creatives to launch, test, and scale performance-driven campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- 💰 Develop, implement, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (with exposure to TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter). 
- 📊 Manage daily budgets between $7K–$10K (up to $35K max) to maximize ROI and hit performance goals. 
- 🧠 Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to identify high-performing combinations. 
- 📈 Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. 
- 🎨 Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content, including visuals, copy, and video assets. 
- 🔁 Implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. 
- 🧾 Generate and present reports on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion metrics. 
- 🤝 Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to align paid media strategies with overall growth goals. 
- 💬 Manage relationships with platform reps and external vendors and create client decks as needed. 
✅ What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 2+ years of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) experience — hands-on with campaign setup, optimization, and scaling. 
- 1+ year of organic social management experience. 
- Working knowledge of Looker Studio (or other analytics tools). 
- Intermediate Google Sheets / Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas). 
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. 
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC). 
- Experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. 
- Ability to work EST business hours. 
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience using Canva (or similar tools) for quick ad designs. 
- Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal collaboration.

💰 Compensation
₱75,000 – ₱90,000/month, depending on experience
