We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Creative Marketing Analyst to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be adept in data analysis, creative performance optimization, and marketing metrics. This role involves meticulous data management, reporting, and research to drive the success of our creative campaigns
Salary Range: US$7.5 - $9 per hour

Tasks:
- Analyze creative performance using key marketing metrics (e.g., ROAS, Hook Rate, CPA, Conversions)
- Gather, organize, and interpret data to uncover trends and optimize ad strategies
- Evaluate creatives to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to improve
- Break down creative elements (messaging, visuals, tone, targeting) to understand audience engagement
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and market insights to support creative planning
- Use tools like Foreplay to find and organize top-performing ads for creative inspiration
- Track progress and manage tasks using Monday.com for team visibility and accountability
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports using tools like Motion or Northbeam
- Monitor marketing spend, performance metrics, and stock reports to support data-driven decisions
- Keep digital files organized and accessible in Dropbox or other cloud storage platforms
- Look for ways to improve workflows and streamline daily operations
- Enter and manage data accurately from platforms like Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo
- Use Google Sheets or Excel to build reports, pivot tables, and charts
- Perform basic data analysis to identify errors or inconsistencies
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Must-Haves:
- 2 years of proven experience in this type of role
- Experience with Meta, Google Analytics, StackAdapt, Bing, GoogleShop
- Proven experience with data entry tasks, preferably within a marketing or e-commerce environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot tables, charts, formulas)
- Experience with tools such as TripleWhale, Northbeam, but also pull from native channels
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team
- Ability to work following the EST - 10am -7pm
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Shopify D2C
- Understanding ad buying and Meta campaigns is a plus
