We’re looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our partner brands. You will oversee day-to-day client communication, ensure campaigns and deliverables are met, and help guide overall marketing strategy. This role blends client management, project coordination, and digital marketing knowledge to drive meaningful results for our clients.

What You’ll Do
Client Relationship & Communication
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
Lead or co-lead recurring client calls; present performance updates and outline next steps.
Maintain clear action logs and ensure consistent follow-through.
Prepare for meetings by reviewing KPIs, performance trends, and syncing with Media Buyers.
Account & Campaign Management
Manage an initial book of ~15 accounts, adjusting based on proficiency and bandwidth.
Oversee campaign execution across channels (paid search, social, display, SEO).
Intake and relay client requests (new promos, funnel changes, budget shifts) to internal teams.
Monitor high-level performance, identify risks (e.g., dips vs. ROAS targets), and coordinate recommendations from specialists.
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
Lead cross-functional teams including Creative, Paid Media, SEO, and Leadership.
Coordinate workflows, assets, and internal communications to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Compile weekly or monthly summaries across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Must-Haves
Fluency in English and confidence in client-facing communication.
2+ years of account management experience (preferably agency-side).
2+ years managing e-commerce clients.
Strong understanding of digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Working knowledge of marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM, etc.).
Excellent spoken and written English for frequent client calls.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset; comfortable leading Media Buyers, Creatives, and Specialists.
Experience with analytics and platform dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics).
Personal Facebook account at least 2 years old and in good standing.
Nice to Haves
Experience in automotive or dealership marketing.
Additional skills with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce tools.
Experience using task/project tools (Asana, Monday.com, Todoist).
Exposure to B2B accounts.
