Digital Marketing Assistant - General

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant - General for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will co-create and execute a content calendar - the client to provide a content calendar platform and support in the initial creation of content themes, timing, etc.
To research engaging information by delving into data, insights, and secrets to uncover valuable and unique perspectives and more.

The Role

• Business Operations:

  • Monitor and update analytics on a weekly basis.
  • Populate “How did you hear about us” data in spreadsheets or Salesforce daily.
  • Create redirects for any links with 404 errors.

• Social Media:

  • Post organic content on LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) using HubSpot (copy and creative provided).
  • Follow and engage with people and company pages to expand our network.
  • Share daily updates in the “Social Shares” Slack channel.

• Data & Reporting:

  • Monthly website scraping for member firms' blogs (links provided).
  • Update and manage data for closed-deal marketing motions in collaboration with the internal team.
  • Create and email templated PDFs for the Buyer Calculator.

• Design:

  • Use existing templates to create and update marketing collateral in Google Slides or Figma.
  • Work on ad-hoc project work like building nurture campaigns, creating new case studies, and adding descriptions to old tombstones on the website.

• Email Marketing:

  • Assist with email outreach for closed-deal marketing motions.
  • Support acquisition campaigns, including sending templated notes for various marketing experiments.

• Ability to work EST hours
• Proficiency in:

• Experience with Notion
• Familiarity with Figma
• Proficiency in Canva
